FIRST - the women at the front desk were WONDERFUL!!! THANK YOU, Autumn, she was SO nice, SO pleasant, SO helpful. I think she was THE BEST front desk person I have ever dealt with. You - and all of us staying there - are lucky to have her! The breakfast was good. I have had other similar breakfast displays that had a few more choices, but this was fine. The eating area was clean. Things were stocked. The young woman was keeping an eye on everything. The only complaint was that the biscuits were really, really hard that day. (Not sure what would have caused that - frozen? frozen too long?) The pool area was very nice. The hotel was neat and clean.

The breakfast choices were wide and variable. Excellent choices. The coffee was excellent. The breakfast setup was indeed available at 6:00 a.m. as indicated. It was always clean with plenty of supplies. There were two lovely and welcoming ladies. There names begin with L. and P. They TRULY made my stay enjoyable. Thank You Ladies!!! Overall, the desk staff were wonderful. They would offer greetings for the day, and as you returned in the evening. All staff would smile and greet you as they passed in the hall.

Following a colossal screw up with our reservation by Booking.com, repeating, Booking.com. messed up our room reservation, Brandon, who checked us in did an OUTSTANDING job making things right for us. The next day Fred also gave us outstanding service on several minor issues. We also.witnessed the woman working in the kitchen go out of her way to accommodate the breakfast needs of several guests. This experience is why we continue to stay at Comfort Suites, again and again. We eagerly look forward to our next stay.

It was close to our purpose of visiting, The Polar Express train ride on the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. There are MANY choices of places to eat surrounding the property. We had a large group and were able to get 2 rooms right next to each other which was fantastic!! The pool was great for the kids. The water wasn’t quite as warm as I would have expected however the kids had a blast. The complimentary breakfast was great. From waffles and pancakes to cold cereal it was exactly what was needed for the trip home! All of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful.

The staff was professional, friendly, and skilled. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was standard, but a decent variety. The location was close to many conveniences.

Everything was wonderful the front desk was wonderful to work with for everything Fred Lee is doing a phenomenal job. Will recommend to anyone and revisit alot more often! Not to mention the breakfast was wonderful and the service of the one woman army running it all morning and her kindness to our children and patience with all of us is very much a phenomenal way to start your day! Again thank you we have not one complaint!

My stay at the Comfort Inn in LaVale Maryland was one of the best of very very many this time around thank you Fred for everything that you and your staff did to make it so very nice and comfortable we will see you again in August and again three times a year like always Christmas Easter and Memorial Day

Friendly staff, comfortable room, everything nice and clean. The bed was nice and the pillows were great (I bought one). Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. A note for pet owners: there is a $40 pet fee and you can't leave the pet in the room if you leave the hotel. This time this wasn't a problem for me but often it would be as I frequently travel for work or to visit family who can't accommodate my dog.
